The Best Kids Activity and Coloring Pages Ever

As the days have grown short and the weather has grown sloppy and cold, we parents scurry around in search of indoor activities for the little ones. As both Moms and Dads know – coloring and activity books are the “bread and butter” of indoor diversions for the tikes. So when you need a few minutes to cook dinner or just have a moment and gulp down that forth cup of coffee, here’s some links worth checking for printable and online activities for the kids.

I have spent hours upon hours weeding through the A-list through D-list of links (there’s a whole lot of dead links out there) for quality coloring book pages to print out from the web and this is what I’ve come up with.

Crayola.Com (of course)

Hasbro.Com (Monkey Bar TV is the best for online coloring)

FisherPrice.Com (don’t have to worry about lead in these Fisher Price items)

BBC.UK | CBeebies (Teletubbies, Charlie and Lola, Bob The Builder, Little Robots, Binka, and the rest)

PBS | Sprout (Arthur, Curious George, Sagwa, Berenstain Bears, Clifford The Big Red Dog, and of course – Sesame Street)

Jan Brett (Very nice original art combined with stories and facts about different animals, thousands of pages to choose from)

Coloring Book Fun (Some favorites include: Dora The Explorer, Hello Kitty, A Bug’s Life, Kipper, and Lilo And Stitch)

Noggin.Com (Maisy, Franklin, Little Bill, and their own Moose and Zee)

Sanrio.Com (Hello Kitty) They allow you to compose your own printable page before sending it to the printer, nice!

ArtistsHelpingChildren.Org (massive portal of links, a few dead ones, otherwise a helpful springboard for many decent pages)

Nick Jr. (WonderPets, Yo Gabba Gabba, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy and their Activity Section)
