Clowns

In other news, the University of Sheffield for the Space to Care study aimed at improving hospital design for children and did an extensive poll of 250 children (ages 4-16) to discover once and for all, “do clowns make kids happy?” As reported by Nursing Standard magazine - found all of them disliked clowns as part of hospital decor, with even the oldest children finding them scary.

Decorating children’s wards of hospitals with images of clowns is likely to frighten rather than cheer young patients, research has found. And this came as a surprise to them? Thanks heavens Mr. Medical Researcher Man, I - as a concerned parent - say “Thank You” for putting forth the money and a dedicated effort to discover once and for all whether kids truly like clowns, now you can scratch that off your “To Do List” and move on with business (you know like - autism, cerebral palsy and such).
